Do you have parking available?
Yes, we have private parking on site outside the
entrance of the gym which is monitored by CCTV 24hrs
a day.

Do you have changing facilities/showers
available?
Yes. Changing facilities and showers are available for
all members.

What are your opening hours?
Monday - Thursday: 6.15am - 10pm
Friday: 6.15am - 8.30pm
Saturday/Sunday: 9am - 6pm
Bank Holidays: 10am - 4pm

Where are you located?
We are located in Sallybrook, behind Grandon’s Toyota
Garage. We are a few hundred yards from Glanmire
GAA club and The Brook Bar.

How do I join?
You can join directly via our website by clicking “ Join
Now “ or you can download the #GlofoxApp, register
and create an account. You can also visit us at
reception and all you’ll need is your bank card and we
can get you started.

What memberships are available?
Both our monthly options are recurring subscriptions.
Gym Only: €39 monthly DD
Gym/Classes: €49.99 monthly DD
We also offer 12-month upfront options.

Do you offer personal training and any other
on-site services?
Yes, we have numerous personal trainers, they can be contacted via our personal trainers tab.
Note; they are all self employed and you will need to contact them directly for rates.

We also have on-site barber, tattoo artist, physio/acupuncturist and a tanning salon.

What are your busiest periods?
We are busiest from 6pm-7.45pm in the evenings.

Will someone show me how to use the
equipment & can I get a programme?
Yes, we offer free programmes to all our members
which are downloadable as PDF’s to your phone with
video demonstrations. Sign up in the login section using your glofox credentials to access the programme & video content.
